Shipping Details

We ship across the EU from The Netherlands. Every parcel is tracked. At checkout you can choose between delivery to your address and delivery to a DPD pickup point, where pickup points are available in your country. Orders containing only in-stock items are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders containing backordered or pre-order items are dispatched once all items are available. During announced closure periods dispatch takes longer — any current closure and the applicable dispatch date are shown on the website at the time of ordering.

Tracked Shipping is priced on the total weight of your order, including packaging. DPD Pickup Point is a single price regardless of weight, so it is usually the cheaper choice on larger orders. The exact cost is calculated automatically at checkout, so you always see it before you pay.

💡 All shipping rates shown include VAT. The four weight columns are Tracked Shipping to your address; the last column is DPD Pickup Point, which is one price at any weight. A dash means DPD has no pickup points in that country, so only Tracked Shipping is offered. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout from the total weight of your order. Orders are capped at a maximum of 15kg — if your cart exceeds this limit you will need to place separate orders.

Dispatch & delivery times

Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Items remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you — if a parcel is delayed or does not arrive, contact us and we will trace it and put things right.

Carriers & delivery options

Tracked Shipping delivers to your address. We ship with PostNL, DHL and DPD, and choose the most suitable carrier for your destination — so the carrier is not something you select at checkout. In some countries the carrier also lets you redirect the parcel to one of its own pickup points; where that is available, it is shown at checkout after you enter your address.

DPD Pickup Point sends your order to a DPD shop or parcel locker of your choosing. After you select this option at checkout, a map opens and you pick the point that suits you. DPD notifies you when your parcel is ready to collect. Because the price does not change with weight, this is usually the cheapest option for heavier orders such as multiple records or a manga box set.

Packaging

Vinyl records are shipped in rigid cardboard mailers to prevent bending. Manga and games are packed in bubble-padded envelopes or boxes depending on size.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.

Returns

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. The cost of returning items is yours — we do not offer free returns. Sealed vinyl, CDs and games cannot be returned once unsealed. Full details are on our Terms & Conditions page.
